Raised Roman Catholic, Anthony F. Russo “walked an aisle and prayed a prayer” at a young age. What followed was little more than twenty years of being a nominal cultural Christian. That is, until September 2005, when the Lord soundly saved him.

I am what the Bible calls ‘born again.’ I am not who I was; my life and heart are completely different. Selfishness, guilt, and shame were replaced with a genuine love for God and people. Jesus changed my life. He can change yours, too.

Since then, Anthony has wanted to tell the world about Jesus. He is the author of several 30-day devotionals for Anchor, the devotional ministry of Haven Today, numerous blog articles, and now five books, including Love, Lead, Serve: The Christian Man’s Call to Serve His Family and His Church, and his forthcoming book, Digital Missionary: Fulfill the Great Commission Without Leaving Your Keyboard. Anthony Russo is the creator and co-host (along with his wife, Amy) of the Christian podcast Grace and Peace Radio, part of the Christian Podcast Community.

Anthony is completing his doctoral studies (D.Min, Biblical Counseling) at Bob Jones University. He has an MA in Biblical Counseling, a Master of Divinity from Luther Rice College and Seminary, and an MBA from LSU Shreveport. He and Amy are both certified biblical counselors with ACBC and IABC.
